Caxton Brickwork

The primary objective of Caxton Brickwork is to provide high levels of quality and workmanship by using a small and consistent team of highly skilled tradesmen. Caxton Brickwork specialises in brick facework and blockwork for new builds, alterations to existing buildings and extensions around East Anglia, the East Midlands and South East.

Led by Kevin Watkins, a manager with over 30 years’ trade experience, the team consists of 14 bricklayers, hod carriers, labourers and forklift drivers. All operatives are trained to the highest safety standards and hold current Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) cards, the large majority being Advanced Craft Gold. Other qualifications include Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) and Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS).

Caxton Brickwork also employs several apprentices, two of whom have won Cambridgeshire’s Apprentice of the Year Award and three who have been presented with the CITB Regional Skillbuild Award.
