Constructed in three phases.
Phase 1 was a 22,000 sq.m 2 storey new build with open plan offices, now home to Cath Kidston and Hotel Chocolat.
Phase 2 provided a 10,000 sq.m. manufacturing facility with associated office space, car parking and landscaped areas.
Phase 3 delivered a retail unit currently occupied by B&Q.
