Complete refurbishment of the 1828 Georgian Style Bittesby House and the Kennels Building.
Provided a Sales Office and rentable office space which is currently let to the University of Birmingham for educational use.
Works to Bittesby House included general repairs and making good to the external envelope and internal fabric, before the refurbishment of the office space, including the design and installation of M&E works.
External works included the demolition of an outbuilding, and the installation of electric vehicle charging points.
SDC also refurbished the Kennels Building to provide meeting rooms and an exhibition space.
