Construction of two industrial buildings, totalling 64,000 sq.m.
Positioned on former Dunlop Motor Sport factory site, the Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS) and the Integrated Logistics Centre (ILC) are designed to store incoming parts before being sequenced and transported to the production line.
Both buildings are steel-framed single-storey warehouses 15m in height, although the ‘high-bay’ area of the ASRS rises to 30m to accommodate the retrieval system.
