The ambitious project to re-roof the domed Plaza building at Center Parcs Longleat Forest in Wiltshire.
The building forms the focal point of the village, housing the Subtropical Swimming Paradise, restaurants, and retail units which remained live whilst the work was completed.
SDC developed an innovative access solution allowing for the removal and replacement of the existing roof without disrupting the guests below.

Revamped, the Subtropical Swimming Paradise incorporates a family water play area (Venture Harbour) and a toddler splash zone (Venture Bay) with a toddler pool.
