Refurbishment and strip out works to two buildings on the Harwell Science and Innovation Campus.
In building R1, the existing B03/04 space was refurbished to form a new ISO Class 6 clean room, ante room, plantroom and a ‘dirty area’ facility.
In building R9, work comprised construction of a new steel frame with 60-minute fire rated external envelope to house the relocation of Metrology.
Existing spaces were also remodelled to form new laboratory offices including soft strip, partitioning, ceilings, floor finishes and M&E services.
