Demolition of a single-storey entrance and the construction of the two-storey extension in its place.

Refurbishment and remodelling of an existing office building to provide a more efficient layout, including centralised WC cores and a new two storey entrance and reception space.

The works included replacement windows, new M&E systems and replacement raised access floors and suspended ceilings.

Externally, new covered cycle parking and bin storage was installed along with associated landscaping.
