Set in the grounds of a Grade I listed Castle, Kimbolton School is an independent day and boarding school for boys and girls.

Kimbolton School had twelve dedicated Science classrooms, most of which were over 50 years old and split over two sites. Recognising that these spaces were inadequate in size and layout for modern science teaching, and with the subject becoming increasingly popular amongst pupils, the School employed SDC to construct a new wing containing twelve dedicated Science classrooms and five Maths classrooms with support areas.

The facilities provide much improved accommodation, with enhanced toilet facilities, storage rooms and dedicated work rooms for the science teaching staff.

Upon completion of the main project, SDC converted the existing Science classrooms into new Geography, Art, Textiles, SEN and Food Technology classrooms.
