Supply Chain

Our collaborative approach extends beyond our clients and colleagues. We work closely with our supply chain, building relationships based on capability, trust, and shared values

We operate a vigorous supply chain management process to ensure our outsourced consultants and subcontractors are suitably skilled.

We have robust standards and a rigorous analysis system for categorising subcontractors based on their relevance, financial security, safety, and environmental performance. This helps us to maintain a strong supply chain that is capable of adding value to all our projects.

We emphasise working with local suppliers wherever possible. Approximately 70% of our supply chain partners are SMEs, ensuring that investments return to the local economy and help to create local employment opportunities. We encourage our partners to recruit locally, which reduces travel emissions and fosters stronger community relationships. We also monitor suppliers’ sustainability goals, encouraging them to adopt electric and eco-friendly equipment where feasible, supporting our commitment to low-carbon project delivery.

We ensure that our supply chain are equipped to meet high standards and sustainable practices.

We provide training and development at our CITB-accredited training centre, helping to raise supply chain standards and ensuring that everyone is equipped to meet stringent safety, quality, and environmental criteria on-site for complex projects.
We also employ off-site practices, such as prefabrication, to reduce on-site waste and enhance efficiency. This includes collaborating with subcontractors to identify and implement off-site manufacturing wherever possible, resulting in streamlined timelines and a reduced environmental impact.
