We hold multiple ISO certifications, including ISO 45001 for Occupational Health and Safety Management, underscoring our commitment to best practices and regulatory compliance across every project. Our dedicated Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) team is led by Cy Philp. Together, our SHEQ team of 15 specialists manage all aspects of health guidance, compliance monitoring, and safety management, with tailored advice on high-risk activities like asbestos management, lifting operations, and live services. This proactive approach means we can tackle challenges early and apply tailored safety strategies for every project.

Our in-house CITB-accredited training facility offers ongoing training to both our employees and supply chain partners

This facility not only provides role-specific training but also ensures that everyone on-site meets our minimum safety requirements.

We also invest in innovative safety technologies to enhance on-site protection. From facial recognition systems for secure access control to personal noise monitors for hearing protection and vacuum excavators that reduce excavation risks, we leverage the best tools available. Our bespoke electronic health and safety management system, developed by our in-house software team, centralises all inspection data, permits, and safety procedures, delivering real-time updates to keep our teams informed and responsive.
