What Does Special Projects Do?

Formed in 1991, SDC Special Projects was established to undertake works of a smaller and more specialist nature than those of the core business. The aim of the division is to provide a professional and unrivalled level of service on smaller scale projects typically ranging from £50k to £3m. The department operates as an autonomous division and has a dedicated team of construction managers, estimators and highly skilled field personnel who are carefully selected to satisfy the particular requirements of each project. These experienced construction teams are assembled to successfully deliver projects often with fast-paced programmes, challenging site logistics and are sensitive to the needs of working within operational facilities while continually focusing on health and safety, installation quality and cost efficiency.

 

Special Projects boasts a highly diversified portfolio spanning across many sectors; in particular education, leisure, commercial, automotive, retail, healthcare and refurbishment with some of our projects receiving prestigious awards and recognition.
